The social and cultural activities established in the company for the benefit of employees or former employees of the company and their families include :
1° Social welfare and mutual aid institutions, such as pension institutions and mutual aid societies;
2° Social and cultural activities aimed at improving welfare conditions, such as canteens, consumer cooperatives, housing, allotment gardens, crèches and holiday camps;
3° Social and cultural activities aimed at using leisure time and organising sports;
4° Institutions of a professional or educational nature attached to or dependent on the undertaking, such as apprenticeship and vocational training centres, libraries, study circles, general culture courses;
5° Social services responsible for:
a) ensuring the well-being of employees in the company, facilitating their adaptation to their work and collaborating with the company’s occupational health service;
b) coordinating and promoting social projects decided by the social and economic committee and the employer;
6° The occupational health service set up in the company.
