Article R2312-43 of the French Labour Code

When several undertakings have or plan to set up certain common social institutions, the social and economic committees concerned set up an inter-company social and cultural activities committee with the same powers as the committees to the extent necessary for the organisation and operation of these common institutions.

These committees sign an agreement with the inter-company social and cultural activities committee in accordance with the regulatory provisions adopted for the application of the fourth paragraph of article L. 2316-23.

Lorsque plusieurs entreprises possèdent ou envisagent de créer certaines institutions sociales communes, les comités sociaux et économiques intéressés constituent un comité des activités sociales et culturelles interentreprises investi des mêmes attributions que les comités dans la mesure nécessaire à l’organisation et au fonctionnement de ces institutions communes.

Ces comités signent avec le comité des activités sociales et culturelles interentreprises une convention conforme aux dispositions réglementaires prises pour l’application du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 2316-23.
