The inter-company social and cultural activities committee comprises:
1° An employers’ representative appointed by the employers. Assisted by one or two alternates, he chairs the committee;
2° Representatives of the employees of each social and economic committee, chosen as far as possible to ensure representation of the various categories of employees, at the rate of two delegates per committee and without their number exceeding twelve, unless there is a collective agreement to the contrary with the trade union organisations or, in the absence of such an agreement, unless an exemption is expressly granted by the Labour Inspector.
