Where two lists have the same average and only one seat remains to be filled, this seat is awarded to the list with the greater number of votes.

Where two lists have the same number of votes, the seat is awarded to the older of the two candidates likely to be elected.

Lorsque deux listes ont la même moyenne et qu’il ne reste qu’un siège à pourvoir, ce siège est attribué à la liste qui a le plus grand nombre de voix.

Lorsque deux listes ont recueilli le même nombre de voix, le siège est attribué au plus âgé des deux candidats susceptibles d’être élus.
