Article R2315-52 of the French Labour Code

An order of the Minister responsible for labour determines:

1° The terms and conditions of accreditation of the bodies mentioned in Article R. 2315-51 ;

2° The terms and conditions of certification of the experts mentioned in article L. 2315-96, taking into account, in particular, their technical skills and the field of expertise in which they work.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé du travail détermine :

1° Les modalités et conditions d’accréditation des organismes mentionnés à l’article R. 2315-51 ;

2° Les modalités et conditions de certification des experts mentionnées à l’article L. 2315-96, en tenant compte, notamment, de ses compétences techniques et du domaine d’expertise dans lequel il intervient.
