Article R2316-10 of the French Labour Code

Disputes relating to the electorate, to the regularity of electoral operations and to the appointment of trade union representatives as provided for in Article L. 2316-9 fall within the jurisdiction of the court of first instance, which has final jurisdiction.

The provisions of articles R. 2314-24 and R. 2314-25 are applicable to these disputes.
