Article R2316-10 of the French Labour Code

Disputes relating to the electorate, to the regularity of electoral operations and to the appointment of trade union representatives as provided for in Article L. 2316-9 fall within the jurisdiction of the court of first instance, which has final jurisdiction.

The provisions of articles R. 2314-24 and R. 2314-25 are applicable to these disputes.

Les contestations relatives à l’électorat, à la régularité des opérations électorales et à la désignation des représentants syndicaux prévues à l’article L. 2316-9 sont de la compétence du juge du tribunal judiciaire qui statue en dernier ressort.

Les dispositions des articles R. 2314-24 et R. 2314-25 sont applicables à ces contestations.
