The College of the French Anti-Doping Agency may, within the limits that it determines, delegate decisions relating to the approval provided for in article R. 232-41-12-3 and the Therapeutic Use Exemption provided for in article L. 232-2 to the President of the Agency. The President may, within the limits that he determines, delegate the signature of these decisions to agents of the Agency.
The College may, within the limits it determines, delegate to the Director of the Testing Department the designation of athletes subject to the whereabouts obligations mentioned in article L. 232-15, decisions relating to the individual approval provided for in article R. 232-68 and decisions relating to the approval of veterinarians provided for in articles R. 241-1 and R. 241-2.
The President of the Agency and the Director of the Control Department report to the College, at its next meeting, on the decisions taken by virtue of the delegations thus granted to them.
The Board may appoint one of its members or an employee of the Agency to represent it before the Enforcement Committee.
