Article R232-31 of the French Sports Code

The Accounting Officer shall exercise due diligence to ensure the recovery of all the Agency’s resources. Revenue shall be recovered by the Accounting Officer either spontaneously or in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Agency.

The Accounting Officer shall send the corresponding invoices to the debtors and receive their payments. All rights acquired during a financial year must be taken into account for that year.

L’agent comptable est tenu de faire diligence pour assurer le recouvrement de toutes les ressources de l’agence. Les recettes sont recouvrées par l’agent comptable soit spontanément, soit en exécution des instructions du président de l’agence.

L’agent comptable adresse aux débiteurs les factures correspondantes et reçoit leurs règlements. Tous les droits acquis au cours d’un exercice doivent être pris en compte au titre de cet exercice.
