Article R232-85-2 of the French Sports Code

The French Anti-Doping Agency is authorised to create an automated personal data processing system to facilitate the exchange of information relating to Therapeutic Use Exemptions between this Agency, National Anti-Doping Agencies, the World Anti-Doping Agency, organisations responsible for major events within the meaning of 2° of Article L. 230-3 and international sports federations.

This processing brings together data concerning the substance which is the subject of an authorisation or the method to which it relates, its dosage and its route of administration.

Article R232-85-2

Est autorisée la création par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage d’un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel visant à faciliter les échanges d’informations relatives aux autorisations d’usage à des fins thérapeutiques entre cette agence, les agences nationales antidopage, l’Agence mondiale antidopage, les organisations responsables de grandes manifestations au sens du 2° de l’article L. 230-3 et les fédérations sportives internationales.

Ce traitement rassemble les données concernant la substance qui fait l’objet d’une autorisation ou la méthode à laquelle elle se rapporte, sa posologie et sa voie d’administration.
