Article R2322-4 of the French Public Health Code

Within one month of being notified that authorisation has been granted, the operator must send the Prefect a declaration listing the doctors and midwives who usually work in the establishment.

Any change in the composition of this staff must be notified immediately.

Dans le mois qui suit la notification de l’autorisation accordée, l’exploitant fait parvenir au préfet une déclaration mentionnant médecins et sages-femmes appelés à exercer habituellement dans l’établissement.

Toute modification de la composition de ce personnel doit faire l’objet d’une déclaration immédiate.
