Article R2324-12 of the French Public Health Code

The organiser of a family holiday sends the application for authorisation mentioned in the third paragraph of article L. 2324-1 to the prefect of the place where the organiser is domiciled or has its registered office.

If this application remains unanswered for more than three months, it is deemed to have been rejected.

The file accompanying this application includes information on how the host family is selected and monitored by the organiser.

The list of documents to be supplied in support of the application for authorisation referred to in this article is set by order of the ministers responsible for social affairs, the interior and youth.

Article R2324-12

L’organisateur d’un séjour de vacances dans une famille adresse la demande d’autorisation mentionnée au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 2324-1 au préfet du lieu de son domicile ou de son siège social.

Le silence gardé pendant plus de trois mois sur cette demande vaut décision de rejet.

Le dossier accompagnant cette demande comporte des informations sur le mode de sélection et de contrôle des familles d’accueil par l’organisateur.

La liste des pièces à fournir à l’appui de la demande d’autorisation mentionnée au présent article est fixée par arrêté des ministres chargés des affaires sociales, de l’intérieur et de la jeunesse.
