Article R2331-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The fee proportional to the number of kilowatt-hours produced from hydropower provided for in article L. 2331-2 (7°) is determined in accordance with the provisions of article 43 of the standard specifications approved by decree no. 99-872 of 11 October 1999 approving the standard specifications for concessionary hydraulic companies.

Article R2331-1

La redevance proportionnelle au nombre de kilowatt-heures produit sur l’énergie hydraulique prévue à l’article L. 2331-2 (7°) est déterminée conformément aux dispositions de l’article 43 du cahier des charges type approuvé par le décret n° 99-872 du 11 octobre 1999 approuvant le cahier des charges-type des entreprises hydrauliques concédées.
