Article R2333-120-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The system enabling immediate payment of the parking charge provided for in Article L. 2333-87, including in dematerialised form, informs the driver of:

a) The immediate payment rate scale applicable in the paid parking zone;

b) The amount of the applicable post-parking charge.

The information is supplemented by the following statement: “The paid parking fee is paid either when the parking period begins or by payment of a post-parking charge (FPS) if the fee is not paid immediately or is not paid in full. The amount of the FPS is reduced, where applicable, by the amount of the parking charge already paid on the basis of the last proof of payment prior to the time at which the notice of payment of the FPS is issued by the sworn official. “

Le dispositif permettant le paiement immédiat de la redevance de stationnement prévue à l’article L. 2333-87, y compris sous forme dématérialisée, porte à la connaissance du conducteur :


a) Le barème tarifaire de paiement immédiat applicable dans la zone de stationnement payant ;


b) Le montant du forfait de post-stationnement applicable.


L’information est complétée par la mention suivante : “ La redevance de stationnement payant est payée soit dès le début du stationnement soit par le règlement d’un forfait de post-stationnement (FPS) en cas d’absence ou d’insuffisance de paiement immédiat de la redevance. Le montant du FPS est réduit, s’il y a lieu, du montant de la redevance de stationnement déjà réglée au vu du dernier justificatif de paiement précédant l’heure à laquelle l’avis de paiement du FPS est établi par l’agent assermenté. ”
