Article R2333-120-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The information that must be included in the annual report drawn up by the person responsible for ruling on compulsory prior administrative appeals is set out in the table in Annex II to this code.

This report is presented to the deliberative assembly before 31 December. It is examined at the first meeting of the deliberative assembly following the submission of the document. The report prepared by the third party contractor is forwarded to the public entity with which it has entered into an agreement, to be presented to the deliberative assembly in accordance with the same procedures.

Les informations devant figurer dans le rapport annuel établi par la personne chargée de statuer sur les recours administratifs préalables obligatoires sont inscrites dans le tableau figurant à l’annexe II du présent code.

Ce rapport est présenté à l’assemblée délibérante avant le 31 décembre. Son examen intervient lors de la première réunion de l’assemblée délibérante suivant le dépôt du document. Le rapport préparé par le tiers contractant est transmis à la personne publique avec laquelle il a conclu, pour être présenté à l’assemblée délibérante selon les mêmes modalités.
