Article R2333-120-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Immediate payment of the parking charge gives rise to the issue of a printed or electronically transmitted receipt. This receipt includes the following information:
a) The date and time of printing or transmission of the receipt;
b) The date and time of the end of the immediately paid parking period;
c) The amount of the parking charge paid;
d) The rate scale applied in the parking zone;
e) A reminder of the rule: “f) When the receipt is issued in printed form, the following instruction: “To be placed on the front of the vehicle, clearly legible from the outside”.

Le paiement immédiat de la redevance de stationnement donne lieu à la délivrance d’un justificatif imprimé ou transmis par voie dématérialisée. Ce justificatif comporte les informations suivantes :
a) La date et l’heure d’impression ou de transmission du justificatif ;
b) La date et l’heure de fin de la période du stationnement payé immédiatement ;
c) Le montant de la redevance de stationnement payé ;
d) Le barème tarifaire appliqué dans la zone de stationnement ;
e) Le rappel de la règle : “Le forfait est dû en cas de paiement insuffisant” ;
f) Lorsque le justificatif est délivré sous forme d’un imprimé, la prescription suivante : “A placer à l’avant du véhicule, bien lisible de l’extérieur”.
