Article R2333-120-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

To determine the time from which a new payment notice may be issued, the following shall be taken into account:

1° In the absence of any proof of immediate payment of the fee affixed to the vehicle or transmitted by dematerialised means in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 417-3-1 of the Highway Code, the time at which the sworn official issues the payment notice increased by the maximum paid parking time provided for by the tariff schedule in force in the zone in question;

2° In the case of proof of immediate payment of the fee affixed to the vehicle or transmitted by electronic means in accordance with the provisions of article R. 417-3-1 of the Highway Code, the time of printing or transmission of the receipt taken into account in accordance with article R. 2333-120-5 increased by the maximum paid parking time provided for by the tariff schedule in force in the zone in question.

The lunch break or any other daily period during which paid parking is interrupted is neutralised for the application of the provisions of article R. 2333-120-5 and this article.

Pour déterminer à partir de quelle heure un nouvel avis de paiement peut être établi, il est tenu compte :

1° En l’absence de tout justificatif du paiement immédiat de la redevance apposé dans le véhicule ou transmis par voie dématérialisée conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 417-3-1 du code de la route, de l’heure à laquelle l’agent assermenté établit l’avis de paiement augmentée de la durée maximale de stationnement payant prévue par le barème tarifaire en vigueur dans la zone considérée ;

2° En cas de justificatif du paiement immédiat de la redevance apposé dans le véhicule ou transmis par voie dématérialisée conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 417-3-1 du code de la route, de l’heure de l’impression ou de la transmission du justificatif pris en compte conformément à l’article R. 2333-120-5 augmentée de la durée maximale de stationnement payant prévue par le barème tarifaire en vigueur dans la zone considérée.

La pause méridienne ou toute autre période quotidienne au cours de laquelle le stationnement payant est interrompu est neutralisée pour l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 2333-120-5 et du présent article.
