Article R2334-22 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The grant application is submitted by the mayor or the president of the competent inter-communal public cooperation establishment or signatory of the agreement provided for in the penultimate paragraph of article L. 2334-33 or in the second sentence of the first paragraph of C of article L. 2334-42 when these derogations are applied.

The list of documents to be produced in support of the application for the application of article R. 2334-23 is determined by joint order of the minister responsible for local authorities, the minister responsible for the budget and the minister responsible for overseas departments and territories.

La demande de subvention est présentée par le maire ou le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale compétent ou signataire de la convention prévue au pénultième alinéa de l’article L. 2334-33 ou à la seconde phrase du premier alinéa du C de l’article L. 2334-42 quand il est fait application de ces dérogations.

La liste des pièces à produire à l’appui de la demande pour l’application de l’article R. 2334-23 est déterminée par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé des collectivités locales, du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé de l’outre-mer.
