Article R2335-16 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of article L. 2335-17 :

1° The population, financial potential and demographic strata used for the distribution of the allocation are those calculated, for the same year, for the distribution of the global operating allocation pursuant to articles L. 2334-2, L. 2334-3 and L. 2334-4;

2° For the application of III, the individual allocation is calculated in proportion to the population and the proportion of the municipality’s land territory included in the heart of the national park on 1st January of the year preceding the year of allocation;

3° Membership of the national park charter is assessed on 1 January of the year in respect of which the allocation is distributed;

4° For the application of IV, the situation of all or part of the territory of a municipality within a marine nature park is assessed on 1 January of the year preceding the year of distribution.

5° For the application of IV bis, the classification of all or part of the territory of a municipality as a regional nature park is assessed on 1st January of the year preceding the allocation.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 2335-17 :

1° La population, le potentiel financier et les strates démographiques retenus pour la répartition de la dotation sont ceux qui sont calculés, au titre de la même année, pour la répartition de la dotation globale de fonctionnement en application respectivement des articles L. 2334-2, L. 2334-3 et L. 2334-4 ;

2° Pour l’application du III, l’attribution individuelle est calculée au prorata de la population et de la proportion du territoire terrestre de la commune comprise dans le cœur du parc national au 1er janvier de l’année précédant l’année de répartition ;

3° L’adhésion à la charte du parc national est appréciée au 1er janvier de l’année au titre de laquelle la dotation est répartie ;

4° Pour l’application du IV, la situation de tout ou partie du territoire d’une commune au sein d’un parc naturel marin est appréciée au 1er janvier de l’année précédant l’année de répartition.

5° Pour l’application du IV bis, le classement de tout ou partie du territoire d’une commune en parc naturel régional est apprécié au 1er janvier de l’année précédant la répartition.
