Article R2336-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation and their contributing or beneficiary member municipalities are informed of the distribution of the contributions and allocations respectively calculated pursuant to II and III of article L. 2336-3 and of II of l’article L. 2336-5.

The deliberative body of the public establishment of inter-communal cooperation transmits the deliberation taken within two months of the notification sent by the representative of the State in accordance with the first paragraph of this article and in application of II of article L. 2336-3 and II of article L. 2336-5.

The representative of the State in the department proceeds to notify the contributions and allocations due to the public establishment of intercommunal cooperation, its member communes and the isolated communes.

Les établissements publics de coopération intercommunale et leurs communes membres contributeurs ou bénéficiaires sont informés de la répartition des contributions et des attributions respectivement calculées en application du II et III de l’article L. 2336-3 et du II de l’article L. 2336-5.

L’organe délibérant de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale transmet la délibération prise dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification transmise par le représentant de l’Etat conformément au premier alinéa du présent article et en application du II de l’article L. 2336-3 et du II de l’article L. 2336-5.

Le représentant de l’Etat dans le département procède à la notification des contributions et des attributions revenant à l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale, à ses communes membres et aux communes isolées.
