Article R2351-4 of the French Public procurement code

The time limit for receipt of tenders is extended in the following cases:
1° When additional information, necessary for the preparation of the tender and requested in good time by the economic operator, is not provided within the time limits laid down in article R. 2332-4;
2° When significant amendments are made to the consultation documents.
The length of the extension is proportionate to the importance of the information requested or the changes made.

Article R2351-4

Le délai de réception des offres est prolongé dans les cas suivants :
1° Lorsqu’un complément d’informations, nécessaire à l’élaboration de l’offre, demandé en temps utile par l’opérateur économique, n’est pas fourni dans les délais prévus à l’article R. 2332-4 ;
2° Lorsque des modifications importantes sont apportées aux documents de la consultation.
La durée de la prolongation est proportionnée à l’importance des informations demandées ou des modifications apportées.
