Article R2391-13 of the French Public procurement code

Where the framework agreement executed by the issue of purchase orders provides for a minimum amount of more than 250,000 euros excluding tax or 50,000 euros excluding tax where the holder is a small or medium-sized enterprise or a craftsman within the meaning of article R. 2351-12, the advance payment is granted in a single instalment on the basis of this minimum amount.

Article R2391-13

Lorsque l’accord-cadre exécuté par l’émission de bons de commande prévoit un montant minimum supérieur à 250 000 euros hors taxes ou à 50 000 euros hors taxes lorsque le titulaire est une petite ou moyenne entreprise ou un artisan au sens de l’article R. 2351-12, l’avance est accordée en une seule fois sur la base de ce montant minimum.
