When the contractor intends to entrust to subcontractors benefiting from direct payment, after notification of the contract, the performance of services for an amount greater than that indicated in the contract or the special act, he shall ask the purchaser, without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section 1 relating to acceptance of the subcontractor, to amend the single copy or the certificate of transferability.

Lorsque le titulaire envisage de confier à des sous-traitants bénéficiant du paiement direct, postérieurement à la notification du marché, l’exécution de prestations pour un montant supérieur à celui qui a été indiqué dans le marché ou l’acte spécial, il demande à l’acheteur, sans préjudice des dispositions de la sous-section 1 relatives à l’acceptation du sous-traitant, la modification de l’exemplaire unique ou du certificat de cessibilité.
