When the contract has been awarded by the State and the contractor uses a State department as a subcontractor, the services covered by the subcontract do not give rise to any payment to the contractor.

Lorsque le marché a été passé par l’Etat et que le titulaire recourt à un service de l’Etat comme sous-traitant, les prestations qui font l’objet du sous-contrat ne donnent lieu à aucun versement au profit du titulaire.
