Article R2521-3 of the French Public procurement code

For the amicable settlement of disputes between the parties to a public contract referred to in Articles L. 2511-1 to L. 2515-1, the provisions of Chapter VII of Title IX of Book I are applicable, with the exception of the provisions relating to the advisory committees for the amicable settlement of disputes.

Pour le règlement amiable des différends des parties à un marché public mentionné aux articles L. 2511-1 à L. 2515-1, les dispositions du chapitre VII du titre IX du livre Ier sont applicables, à l’exception des dispositions relatives aux comités consultatifs de règlement amiable des différends.
