The parties to the dispute shall be summoned, at the request of the Chairman of the Commission, either by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or by notification delivered against a receipt signed by the party concerned.
If one of the parties does not appear or is not represented before the Commission in accordance with the conditions set out in the first and second paragraphs of article L. 2522-3, the Chairman, after noting the party’s absence, will set a new meeting date during the meeting. The new meeting may not take place more than eight days after the date of the meeting initially set. The Chairman will notify the party present or represented of the new date. He will summon the defaulting party in the manner provided for in the first paragraph.
