For its application in Mayotte, article R. 2123-5 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 2123-5.-I.-The duration of the hours credit for one quarter is equal to:
” 1° To one hundred and fifty-six hours for mayors of municipalities with at least 10,000 inhabitants and deputy mayors of municipalities with at least 30,000 inhabitants;
” 2° To one hundred and seventeen hours for mayors of municipalities with less than 10,000 inhabitants and deputy mayors of municipalities with 10,000 to 29,999 inhabitants;
” 3° To fifty-eight and a half hours for municipal councillors of municipalities with at least 100,000 inhabitants and deputy mayors of municipalities with less than 10,000 inhabitants ;
” 4° At thirty-nine o’clock for municipal councillors in municipalities with 30,000 to 99,999 inhabitants, at twenty-three o’clock for municipal councillors in municipalities with 10,000 to 29,999 inhabitants and at eleven o’clock for municipal councillors in municipalities with 3,500 to 9,999 inhabitants;
5° At seven-thirty for municipal councillors in municipalities with fewer than 3,500 inhabitants.
“II. – For the duration of the deputy’s or councillor’s deputising for the mayor under the conditions provided for in article L. 2122-17, the duration of the hours credited to the deputy or councillor is that provided for in I of this article for the mayor of the municipality.
“III. – The duration of the time credit of the municipal councillor who benefits from a delegation of functions from the mayor is that provided for by I of this article for a deputy mayor of the municipality. “
