Article R2564-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application to the communes of Mayotte of the provisions of the second part of this code:

1° The reference to the department or region is replaced by the reference to the Department of Mayotte;

2° The reference to the regional council and the departmental councils is replaced by the reference to the general council;

3° The reference to the hourly value of the minimum growth wage is replaced by the reference to the hourly rate of the guaranteed interprofessional minimum wage in force in Mayotte.

Pour l’application aux communes de Mayotte des dispositions de la deuxième partie du présent code :

1° La référence au département ou à la région est remplacée par la référence au Département de Mayotte ;

2° La référence au conseil régional et aux conseils départementaux est remplacée par la référence au conseil général ;

3° La référence à la valeur horaire du salaire minimum de croissance est remplacée par la référence au taux horaire du salaire minimum interprofessionnel garanti en vigueur à Mayotte.
