Article R261-14 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Commission for the Protection of Access to Works is convened by its Chairman, who sets the agenda. It may only validly deliberate if at least half of its members are present or represented by proxy.

The committee decides by a majority of the votes of the members present or represented by proxy.

La commission de protection de l’accès aux œuvres se réunit sur convocation de son président qui fixe l’ordre du jour. Elle ne peut valablement délibérer que si la moitié de ses membres au moins sont présents ou suppléés.


La commission se prononce à la majorité des voix des membres présents ou suppléés.
