For the application of article R. 53-40, the references made to the highway code, the public health code, the forestry code, the code of public houses and the rural and maritime fishing code are only applicable if there is a locally applicable provision with the same purpose.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 53-40, les références faites au code de la route, au code de la santé publique, au code forestier, au code des débits de boissons et au code rural et de la pêche maritime ne sont applicables que s’il existe une disposition applicable localement ayant le même objet.
