Article R292 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Article R. 67 shall read as follows:

“Art. R. 67.-Files recording a disciplinary decision by an administrative authority, which entails or enacts incapacities, shall be sent either to the registry of the court of first instance of the place of birth of the natural person who is the subject thereof, or, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article R. 62, to the automated national criminal records department, as soon as notice is received, which shall be given as soon as possible to the public prosecutor or to the Minister of Justice by the authority that issued the decision.

“The records noting an expulsion order are drawn up by the authority from which it emanates and sent to the criminal records department of the court of first instance of the place of birth or, in accordance with the second paragraph of article R. 62, to the automated national criminal records department. “

L’article R. 67 est rédigé comme suit :

” Art. R. 67.-Les fiches constatant une décision disciplinaire d’une autorité administrative, qui entraîne ou édicte des incapacités, sont adressées soit au greffe du tribunal de première instance du lieu de naissance de la personne physique qui en est l’objet, soit, conformément au second alinéa de l’article R. 62, au service du casier judiciaire national automatisé, dès la réception de l’avis qui est donné dans le plus bref délai au procureur de la République ou au ministre de la justice par l’autorité qui a rendu la décision.

” Les fiches constatant un arrêté d’expulsion sont établies par l’autorité dont il émane et transmises au casier judiciaire du tribunal de première instance du lieu de naissance ou, conformément au second alinéa de l’article R. 62, au service du casier judiciaire national automatisé. “
