Article R311-1 of the French Tourism Code

In each département, a commission is responsible for deciding, in the absence of agreement between landlord and tenant, on the execution of the capital works and improvements provided for in article L. 311-1, when these works affect the shell of the building.

Dans chaque département, une commission est chargée de se prononcer, à défaut d’accord entre propriétaire et locataire, sur l’exécution des travaux d’équipement et d’amélioration prévus à l’article L. 311-1, lorsque ces travaux affectent le gros oeuvre de l’immeuble.
