Article R3111-10 of the French Public Health Code

For vaccination consultations authorised by the Departmental Council in application of the second paragraph of article R. 3111-4, the President of the Departmental Council appoints the doctors responsible for vaccinations and prior medical examinations and the technical and administrative assistants, on the proposal of the mayor in the case of administrative assistants.

The technical assistants are chosen from among the staff of the health services or similar; the doctors or assistants belonging to the school health service are appointed on the recommendation of the head of the service concerned.

The rates of remuneration for vaccinations are set by the President of the Departmental Council.

Article R3111-10

Pour les consultations de vaccination autorisées par le conseil départemental en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 3111-4, le président du conseil départemental désigne les médecins chargés des vaccinations et des examens médicaux préalables et les auxiliaires techniques et administratifs, sur proposition du maire en ce qui concerne les auxiliaires administratifs.

Les auxiliaires techniques sont choisis parmi le personnel des services sanitaires ou assimilés ; les médecins ou auxiliaires appartenant au service de santé scolaire sont désignés sur avis conforme du chef de service intéressé.

Les taux de rémunération des vaccinations sont fixés par le président du conseil départemental.
