Article R3126-5 of the French Public procurement code

By way of derogation from article R. 3126-4, when the estimated value of the concession contracts referred to in b of 2° of article R. 3126-1 is equal to or greater than the European threshold set out in a notice annexed to this code, the awarding authority publishes the concession notice in the Official Journal of the European Union and in the Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics or in a legal gazette.

Article R3126-5

Par dérogation à l’article R. 3126-4, lorsque la valeur estimée des contrats de concession visés au b du 2° de l’article R. 3126-1 est égale ou supérieure au seuil européen qui figure dans un avis annexé au présent code, l’autorité concédante publie l’avis de concession au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne ainsi qu’au Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics ou dans un journal d’annonces légales.
