Article R3131-6 of the French Public Health Code

The zonal mobilisation plan is drawn up by the Prefect of the defence zone, after consulting the zonal defence committee referred to in article R. * 1311-25 of the Defence Code.

The zonal mobilisation plan is revised each year in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 3131-5. The zonal mobilisation plan is sent, for information, to the general directors of the regional health agencies in the defence and security zone and to the departmental prefects.

Le plan zonal de mobilisation est arrêté par le préfet de zone de défense, après avis du comité de défense de zone mentionné à l’article R. * 1311-25 du code de la défense.

Le plan zonal de mobilisation est révisé chaque année selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 3131-5. Le plan zonal de mobilisation est transmis, pour information, aux directeurs généraux des agences régionales de santé de la zone de défense et de sécurité et aux préfets de département.
