Article R3132-23 of the French Labour Code

Only events lasting no more than three weeks and organised by public establishments, recognised as being of public interest or having obtained the sponsorship of the Minister for Trade for five consecutive years may appear on the list referred to in article L. 3132-30.

Seules les manifestations dont la durée n’excède pas trois semaines et qui sont organisées par des établissements publics, reconnus d’utilité publique ou ayant obtenu, pendant cinq années consécutives, le parrainage du ministre chargé du commerce peuvent figurer sur la liste mentionnée à l’article L. 3132-30.
