Article R3132-4 of the French Labour Code

For establishments engaged in the following activities and open in whole or in part only during one period of the year, the weekly rest period may be deferred in application of article L. 3132-7:
1° Fruit, vegetable and fish canning factories;
2° Hotels, restaurants, caterers and roasters;
3° Bath establishments in thermal or climatic spas.

Pour les établissements exerçant les activités suivantes et n’ouvrant en tout ou partie que pendant une période de l’année, le repos hebdomadaire peut être différé en application de l’article L. 3132-7 :
1° Conserveries de fruits, de légumes et de poissons ;
2° Hôtels, restaurants, traiteurs et rôtisseurs ;
3° Établissements de bains des stations balnéaires thermales ou climatiques.
