Article R3164-1 of the French Labour Code

The sectors in which the particular characteristics of the activity justify, in application of article L. 3164-5, the employment of apprentices under the age of eighteen on Sundays are :
1° Hotels;
2° Restaurants;
3° Caterers and reception organisers;
4° Cafés, tobacconists and public houses;
5° Bakeries;
6° Pastry shops;
7° Butchers;
8° Delicatessens;
9° Cheese and dairy shops;
10° Fishmongers;
11° Shops selling natural flowers, garden centres and grain stores;
12° Establishments in other sectors whose principal activity is the manufacture of food products for immediate consumption or whose sole activity is the retail sale of foodstuffs.

Les secteurs dans lesquels les caractéristiques particulières de l’activité, justifient, en application de l’article L. 3164-5, l’emploi des apprentis de moins de dix-huit ans les dimanches sont :
1° L’hôtellerie ;
2° La restauration ;
3° Les traiteurs et organisateurs de réception ;
4° Les cafés, tabacs et débits de boisson ;
5° La boulangerie ;
6° La pâtisserie ;
7° La boucherie ;
8° La charcuterie ;
9° La fromagerie-crèmerie ;
10° La poissonnerie ;
11° Les magasins de vente de fleurs naturelles, jardineries et graineteries ;
12° Les établissements des autres secteurs assurant à titre principal la fabrication de produits alimentaires destinés à la consommation immédiate ou dont l’activité exclusive est la vente de denrées alimentaires au détail.
