Article R3165-5 of the French Labour Code

Employing a young worker every day of the week and failing to grant him or her the minimum rest period, in breach of the provisions of article L. 3164-7 and the decrees issued for their application, is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.

Le fait d’employer un jeune travailleur tous les jours de la semaine et de ne pas lui accorder le repos minimal, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 3164-7, et des décrets pris pour leur application, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe.
La récidive est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal.
