Article R322-26 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

When the execution judge orders the forced sale, he sets the date of the hearing at which it will take place within a period of between two and four months from the date of his decision.
The judge determines the terms and conditions for visiting the property at the request of the pursuing creditor.

Article R322-26

Lorsque le juge de l’exécution ordonne la vente forcée, il fixe la date de l’audience à laquelle il y sera procédé dans un délai compris entre deux et quatre mois à compter du prononcé de sa décision.
Le juge détermine les modalités de visite de l’immeuble à la demande du créancier poursuivant.
