Article R322-41 of the French Sports Code

In the establishments covered by this section, the holder of a diploma mentioned in article L. 212-1 of the French Sports Code relating to the supervision of underwater diving is deemed to hold, in respect of option B, a) Physical or sports activities, the hyperbaric fitness certificate and the hyperbaric prevention advisor certificate mentioned in I and II of article R. 4461-27 of the French Labour Code.

For the application of the provisions of 2° of I of Article R. 4461-28 of the Labour Code, the order mentioned in Article R. 212-2 sets :

1° For the hyperbaric aptitude certificate, the depths to which this diploma gives access ;

2° For the hyperbaric prevention advisor certificate, the depths for which this diploma allows preventive measures to be proposed.

Dans les établissements de la présente section, le titulaire d’un diplôme mentionné à l’article L. 212-1 du code du sport relatif à l’encadrement de la plongée subaquatique est réputé être titulaire, au titre de la mention B, a) Activités physiques ou sportives, du certificat d’aptitude à l’hyperbarie et du certificat de conseiller à la prévention hyperbare mentionnés aux I et II de l’article R. 4461-27 du code du travail.

Pour l’application des dispositions du 2° du I de l’article R. 4461-28 du code du travail, l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 212-2 fixe :

1° Pour le certificat d’aptitude à l’hyperbarie, les profondeurs auxquelles ce diplôme permet d’accéder ;

2° Pour le certificat de conseiller à la prévention hyperbare, les profondeurs pour lesquelles ce diplôme permet de proposer des mesures de prévention.
