Article R3243-6 of the French Labour Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of article R. 3243-1, the pay slip for employees under contracts entered into by a natural person for a service provided in his or her own home may not include the following information:
1° The employee’s position in the collective bargaining classification applicable to him or her;
2° The amount of the employee’s gross remuneration;
3° The nature and amount of the employer’s social security contributions based on this gross remuneration.

Article R3243-6

Par dérogation aux dispositions prévues à l’article R. 3243-1, le bulletin de paie des salariés liés par contrats conclus par une personne physique pour un service rendu à son domicile peut ne pas comporter les mentions suivantes :
1° La position du salarié dans la classification conventionnelle qui lui est applicable ;
2° Le montant de la rémunération brute du salarié ;
3° La nature et le montant des cotisations patronales de sécurité sociale assises sur cette rémunération brute.
