Article R3252-15 of the French Labour Code

The court clerk summons the debtor to the hearing.
The summons :
1° Mention the surname, first name and address of the creditor or, in the case of a legal entity, its name and registered office;
2° Indicate the place, day and time of the conciliation attempt;
3° Contain the object of the claim and the statement of the sums claimed, with a separate breakdown of the principal, costs and accrued interest;
4° Indicates to the debtor that he must raise any disputes he may have at this hearing and that a late dispute would not suspend the course of the seizure operations;
5° Reproduces the provisions of article L. 3252-11 relating to the representation of the parties.

Le greffier convoque le débiteur à l’audience.
La convocation :
1° Mentionne les nom, prénom et adresse du créancier ou, s’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa dénomination et son siège social ;
2° Indique les lieu, jour et heure de la tentative de conciliation ;
3° Contient l’objet de la demande et l’état des sommes réclamées, avec le décompte distinct du principal, des frais et des intérêts échus ;
4° Indique au débiteur qu’il doit élever lors de cette audience toutes les contestations qu’il peut faire valoir et qu’une contestation tardive ne suspendrait pas le cours des opérations de saisie ;
5° Reproduit les dispositions de l’article L. 3252-11 relatives à la représentation des parties.
