Article R3262-1-1 of the French Labour Code

Luncheon vouchers issued on paper must include the following information in clearly visible characters:

1° The name and address of the issuer;

2° The name and address of the bank to which the vouchers are presented for reimbursement by restaurant owners or fruit and vegetable retailers;

3° The value of the voucher in full discharge of its obligations;

4° The calendar year of issue;

5° The number in a continuous series of numbers identifying the issue;

6° The name and address of the restaurant owner or fruit and vegetable retailer from whom the meal was consumed or purchased.

Les titres-restaurant émis sur un support papier comportent, en caractères très apparents, les mentions suivantes :


1° Le nom et l’adresse de l’émetteur ;


2° Le nom et l’adresse de l’établissement bancaire à qui les titres sont présentés au remboursement par les restaurateurs ou les détaillants en fruits et légumes ;


3° Le montant de la valeur libératoire du titre ;


4° L’année civile d’émission ;


5° Le numéro dans une série continue de nombres caractérisant l’émission ;


6° Le nom et l’adresse du restaurateur ou du détaillant en fruits et légumes chez qui le repas a été consommé ou acheté.
