Camping is freely practised with the agreement of the person who has the use of the land, subject, where applicable, to the opposition of the owner.

It may be practised on developed sites, under the conditions laid down in the provisions of this Title.

Article R331-1

Le camping est librement pratiqué avec l’accord de celui qui a la jouissance du sol, sous réserve, le cas échéant, de l’opposition du propriétaire.

Il peut être pratiqué sur des terrains aménagés, dans les conditions prévues par les dispositions du présent titre.
