Article R332-1 of the French Sports Code

The public prosecutor or the public prosecutor attached to the court that has handed down a final or provisionally enforceable decision imposing the additional penalty of a ban on entering or being in the vicinity of a venue where a sporting event is taking place, as provided for in article L. 332-11, shall send the following information to the prefect of the department in which the convicted person is domiciled or, if the person is domiciled in Paris, to the police prefect or, if the person is domiciled in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, to the Bouches-du-Rhône police prefect:

– the identity and address of the convicted person ;

– the date of the decision and the duration of the additional penalty.

Article R332-1

Le procureur général ou le procureur de la République près la juridiction ayant prononcé, par décision définitive ou assortie de l’exécution provisoire, la peine complémentaire d’interdiction de pénétrer ou de se rendre aux abords d’une enceinte où se déroule une manifestation sportive prévue à l’article L. 332-11, communique au préfet du département du domicile de la personne condamnée, ou, si celle-ci demeure à Paris, au préfet de police ou, si celle-ci demeure dans le département des Bouches-du-Rhône, au préfet de police des Bouches-du-Rhône, les informations suivantes :

– l’identité et le domicile de la personne condamnée ;

– la date de la décision ainsi que la durée de la peine complémentaire.
