Article R332-11 of the French Sports Code

If the Minister for the Interior refers a proposal to dissolve an association or de facto group mentioned in article L. 332-18 to the Commission, the Commission will issue its opinion within one month of the referral.

If the Minister of the Interior refers to the Commission a proposal to suspend the activities of an association or de facto group mentioned in article L. 332-18 for a maximum of twelve months, the Commission will give its opinion within fifteen days of the referral.

The Minister responsible for Sport is kept informed of this request for an opinion.

Saisie par le ministre de l’intérieur d’un projet de dissolution d’une association ou d’un groupement de fait mentionnés à l’article L. 332-18, la commission rend son avis dans le mois qui suit sa saisine.

Saisie par le ministre de l’intérieur d’un projet de suspension d’activité pendant douze mois au plus d’une association ou d’un groupement de fait mentionnés à l’article L. 332-18, la commission rend son avis dans les quinze jours qui suivent sa saisine.

Le ministre chargé des sports est tenu informé de cette demande d’avis.
