Article R332-3 of the French Sports Code

When the decision to impose the additional penalty provided for in article L. 332-11, which is not final but has been provisionally enforced, is overturned by the Court of Appeal, when the person convicted at first instance is acquitted or when the final sentence is amnestied, the recipients of the information referred to in articles R. 332-1 and R. 332-2 are informed without delay in accordance with the same procedure.

Article R332-3

Lorsque la décision de condamnation à la peine complémentaire prévue à l’article L. 332-11, non définitive mais prononcée avec exécution provisoire, est infirmée par la cour d’appel, lorsque la personne condamnée en première instance est relaxée ou lorsque la condamnation définitive est amnistiée, les destinataires des informations mentionnées aux articles R. 332-1 et R. 332-2 en sont informés sans délai selon la même procédure.
