Article R3352-3 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article R. 4743-7 of the French Labour Code, reproduced below:

“Art. R. 4743-7 – Any operator of an on-trade public house who, without having obtained the authorisation provided for in article R. 4153-8, employs or trains minors, with the exception of the owner’s spouse or his or her parents or relatives up to and including the fourth degree, is liable to a fifth-class fine.
Repeated offences are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the Criminal Code. “

Comme il est dit à l’article R. 4743-7 du code du travail ci-après reproduit :

” Art.R. 4743-7-Le fait, pour un exploitant d’un débit de boissons à consommer sur place, sans avoir obtenu l’agrément prévu à l’article R. 4153-8, d’employer ou de recevoir en stage des mineurs, à l’exception du conjoint du débitant ou de ses parents ou alliés jusqu’au quatrième degré inclusivement, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la cinquième classe.
La récidive est réprimée conformément aux articles 132-11 et 132-15 du code pénal. “
