Article R3423-4 of the French Labour Code

When the additional allowance provided for in article L. 3423-9 is paid, the employee is given a document indicating:
1° The rate of the minimum growth wage;
2° The number of hours corresponding to the contractual working time;
3° The compulsory deductions used to determine the amount of the minimum monthly remuneration;
4° The amounts of the salary and the various allowances making up the components of the monthly remuneration paid to the employee.

Article R3423-4

A l’occasion du paiement de l’allocation complémentaire prévue à l’article L. 3423-9, il est remis au salarié un document mentionnant :
1° Le taux du salaire minimum de croissance ;
2° Le nombre d’heures correspondant à la durée contractuelle du travail ;
3° Les déductions obligatoires ayant permis de déterminer le montant de la rémunération mensuelle minimale ;
4° Les montants du salaire et des diverses allocations constituant les éléments de la rémunération mensuelle versée au salarié.
