Article R3841-1 of the French Public Health Code

Chapter I bis of Title III of Book I of Part Three is applicable in French Polynesia and, with the exception of article R. 3131-22, in New Caledonia in the version resulting from decree no. 2021-453 of 16 April 2021 postponing the end of application of decree no. 2020-610 of 22 May 2020 taken for the application of article L. 3131-17 of the Public Health Code.

For the application of these provisions in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, references to the département are replaced by references to New Caledonia or French Polynesia, as appropriate.

Article R3841-1

Le chapitre Ier bis du titre III du livre Ier de la troisième partie est applicable en Polynésie française et, à l’exception de l’article R. 3131-22, en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans sa rédaction résultant du décret n° 2021-453 du 16 avril 2021 reportant la fin de l’application du décret n° 2020-610 du 22 mai 2020 pris pour l’application de l’article L. 3131-17 du code de la santé publique.

Pour l’application de ces dispositions en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, les références au département sont remplacées par la référence, selon le cas, à la Nouvelle-Calédonie ou à la Polynésie française.
